During last nights game between Celtics and the Cavaliers; LeBron James in true MVP form took a minute at halftime to greet another MVP.

Aaron Miller 16, a special Olympian who had just been awarded MVP honors for a recent Special Olympics event in Boston suffered and overcame a brain damage at birth. James took a few seconds at the end of a timeout to acknowledge Miller. James ran over and pat him on the shoulder before giving him a thumbs up (Shown in the clip below).  Miller who was court-side wearing the recent Flyease edition of the LeBron Soldier 8 (designed specifically for disabled athletes) was thrilled at the moment of recognition.

LeBron then blessed him with his game-worn sneakers after the game.
